Insurance & Reimbursement
I do not have contracts with health insurance companies. This means that treatment is partially reimbursed. Even without a contract, health insurers usually reimburse the majority of treatment costs from the basic insurance package. Please note that your deductible (eigen risico) applies.
To be eligible for reimbursement, a referral from your general practitioner (GP) is required.
Reimbursement policies can differ per insurer and policy. For information about your specific coverage, please contact your health insurance provider directly.
For reimbursed care, I apply the nationally established rates in accordance with the guidelines of the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) for healthcare psychologists. For private (non-reimbursed) treatment, I apply a rate slightly lower than the NZa tarrifs.
Invoices are sent to you on a weekly or monthly basis. You may submit the invoice to your health insurer yourself for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged.
Missed appointments are not reimbursed by insurance.

Crisis
This practice does not provide crisis services.
